An international telco company has a specialized team designated to the management and operation of the support systems to the company’s global services. This team endeavors to create methodologies that optimize this infrastructure’s maintenance.

SOLUTION

Syone participated in this infrastructure management project by providing consultants specialized in Linux technologies as well as providing Red Hat technology, including HR Satellite Network to perform centralized management of machines.

RESULTS

The services we provided support the client’s daily activity to ensure full availability of services offered to it’s customers. The adoption of Red Hat Satellite allowed a dramatical complexity reduction of managing platforms, reducing to go to market solution timings and minimizing TCO infrastructure.
