EVENTS

By registering for a Syone Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1 - Your collected personal data: name, email, mobile phone, role, company and billing data (address, Tax number) will be used by Syone and the events Partners for the purpose of: a) Event registration (name, role, company and e-mail); b) Event accreditation (name, role, company); c) Billing Purposes (company, address and Tax number);
2 - Syone S.A., hereinafter called SYONE, with tax number: 504729624, headquarters in Rua Alfredo da Silva, Nº8 A, Edifício Stern, Piso 3D, 2610-016 Alfragide is responsible for the data processing.
3 - The data: name, email, mobile phone, role, company, and billing data, is required for the purpose of sending you the registration confirmation. Without this data, we can't proceed with your request.
4 - The data name, email, mobile phone, role, and company may be used for: (a) event follow-up, (b) event survey, (c) sales contact, or (d) marketing contact, after we receive your express and prior consent.
5 - Syone will be responsible for keeping your personal data.
6 - You can exercise the rights foreseen in the legislation (access, rectification, delectation, opposition, portability) through the written contact for the following email: data.privacy@syone.com without prejudice to the right of submitting a complaint to the competent control authority.
7 - SYONE may share the data identified in (1) and (4) with the co-organizer entities of the event, exclusively for the purpose indicated.
8 - Syone may share the data identified in (4) to its services providers, who provide support for the indicated purposes.
9 - When you send us your personal data, they are protected by security control protocols, adapted to internet communications.
10 - When you send us your personal data, they will be conserved in a secure server, with conditional access.
11 - You can remove the present consent anytime.
12 - We will not use your data for other purpose without your express and prior consent.

Recording:
a) By attending this Event, you agree that you are not allowed to bring into the Event venue any equipment for broadcasting sounds or images for any purpose other than a private non-commercial purpose.

b) You understand and agree to Syone and its agents making recording of you by any means including, without limitation and without compensation of any kind to you: electronic recording, film, videotape, audiotape and photography (the “Recordings”). You agree that Syone shall be the copyright owner of the Recording and understand that Syone is not obligated to use the Recordings.

c) You also understand and agree that third parties attending the Event may capture your image by many means including, without limitation: electronic recording, film, videotape, audiotape, and photography. By attending the event, you agree to the capture of your image without compensation to you, and you release such third parties from any and all claims and causes of action.

d) You release Syone from any claims and causes of action you may have now or in the future based upon defamation, invasion of the right of privacy, publicity or personality, copyright or trademark infringement, and unfair competition in connection with the Recordings and Syone’s use of the Recordings and you agree not to institute any legal action based on any grounds whether or not specified in this section.

Syone, S.A. (hereinafter Syone), is committed to protecting its customers and website users' privacy and has therefore developed and adopted the policy and practices described herein. This privacy policy informs you of your rights and how your personal information is collected and used.

  1. For the purposes of concluding and executing a contract, in particular when acquire a Syone service.
  2. Through Syone website when you can (i) request information, (ii) submit an employment application, (iii) request a Datasheet or a Client Use Case, (iv) register for an event or webinar, (v) subscribe our communications, giving us your express and prior consent to use your personal data.
  3. When you visit our facilities, as a potential client, giving us your express consent to use your personal data.

Also, Syone uses cookies on its website for problem solving, statistics, guarantee of quality, and for monitoring the system's security and performance.

As a website visitor, you don’t need to provide any personal data to use Syone website. However, we have statistical information regarding your use of the website in aggregate and anonymous form, via Google Analytics

Profile definition
Syone performs the definition of profiles based on information related to the interactions with our organization. This information is analyzed to identify preferential profiles that allow us to send personalized and adequate information to the defined profile, in order to improve our offer and adequately plan our communications.

Marketing & Communication
Your data will be collected and used for Marketing purposes (communications, events, webinars, client use cases, datasheets, services, and other information that we consider relevant), in the exact terms selected by you.

Recruiting
During the Recruitment and selection process, Syone collects and processes personal data from its candidates, for the purpose of the eventual contract celebration. In case of spontaneous application, they are subject of analysis, in which Syone requests express consent to keep them on our database for a certain period of time (up to 2 years) in the expectation of a future professional opportunity.


On what grounds can we treat your personal data?

We treat your personal data in the following cases:
