The Challenge

As hotel reservations via mobile is becoming more predominant each year and as mobile use in the hospitality industry shows no sign of abating, the Pestana Hotel Group posed the following challenge for Syone: create a strategy to make sure its website was primed for mobile viewing, to improve and increase the user experience when booking a hotel room through mobile.
