Syone was back to Microsoft Building the Future. With the theme "Digitally Transforming Portugal", this year's edition promises to show its audience the best solutions for a more innovative, intelligent, and digital future.
On 26, 27 and 28 January of 2021, in a 100% virtual version, as a blue sponsor of the largest digital transformation event in Portugal, presented two talks in 2 stages, namely the Code Session and the Expert Session.
In the Code Session, presented by Rui Violante, Solutions Manager, and João Tomázio, Cloud Architect. The talk was about Azure Sentinel and how this technology can help you identify threats and ensure more security for your company. They also presented a Use Cases where Syone managed to increase the level of security through intelligent analytics and a Demo.
The Expert Session was presented by Tiago Fonseca, our CCO, and Ines Bagulho, Data Analyst. In this session, they talked about a success case where Syone and the largest supplier of meal kits in Nordic countries managed to reduce, to the lowest possible margin of error, the forecasting of orders, by creating the best architecture for data analysis and a Machine Learning forecasting model. Thus, reducing food waste and operational costs.
